• Bratwurst Pan

      4 Portions:

      8 Bratwurst,
      500 g Potatos, cooked a day before
      1 rod leek
      3 Red Pepper, lard butter for pan
      1 cup sour cream 
      Fresh Salt and Pepper, little Caraway

      Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, cut the leeks into rings and the peppers into strips. Slice the sausages into bite size pieces and brown in butter in a frying pan until crispy, then remove from the pan. Fry the potatoes in the oil from the pan golden brown, then add the leeks and finally the pepper strips, they should remain crisp. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Just before serving, give the sausage pieces into the pan. Who likes can add dollop of creamy sour cream. To me this tasted very good! In addition you can serve a bowl of crisp lettuce.
