      1/4 Litre Sauce (gravy)
      1/2 Litre meat broth
      1 Handfull onions, sliced, 1 Handfull Peppers sliced 0,4 Liter Ketchup (Curry ketchup if available)
      0,15 Liter Tomato ketchup
      60 g Currypulver, a bit Cayenne pepper
      7 pc. Bratwurst (e.g Wurst Meister), browned, sliced.

      Preparation

      Mix gravy and meat broth all together. Put the onion slices and pepper slices into the mixed sauce and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then take peppers and onions off with a sieve. Now give the curry spice ketchup and tomato ketchup into the broth, stir as long as it gives a sauce and then season it. Add the roasted, chopped sausages in the sauce. Once again, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
